Noa Taylor (b. 1997, Bay Area, California) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Denver, CO. Their work is centered on media criticism, ‘taboo’ desire, and obsession. Most recently, this has taken shape as investigating possibilities for the recuperation of problematic queer representations in digital spaces and visual media. Taylor has had solo shows at Ditch Projects in Springfield, OR; LaVerne Krause Gallery and Washburne Gallery in Eugene, OR; and group shows at Center for Art Research in Eugene, OR; Lazy Susan Gallery in New York, NY; Foothills Art Center in Golden, CO; and Sheehan Gallery in Walla Walla, WA. They completed their MFA in Studio Art at the University of Oregon in 2024. They are currently serving as Visiting Teaching Assistant Professor in Emergent Digital Practices at the University of Denver.
